There’ll be a cool contemporary dance performance in the Merlin (1052, Gerlóczy utca 4) tommorrow night by the Workshop Company. The dancers are Júlia Gábor, TÃÂmea Györke, Katalin Oborni, Borbála Szente and the teddy bear you see. The text of the performance was written by Peti Fuchs, who told us that each dancers will have a price and the the teddy bear will be the most expensive. For more information click here (only in Hungarian).

KIKS TYO have gotten together once again with the very fine Aki Hoshino. This time, however, she’s not posing with Dunks. Instead, she’s got Jordans on her feet. Also this time around, they did not put out tees, but a varsity jacket and a fitted.
Check out the more after the jump.

A cool reader of Stereogum complied the Top 100 list of Pitchfork. He put the zipped file onto a link which obviously died after few hours. Whatever if you follow the comments of the Stereogum article you could find links from where you can download the zipped file for a while. Actually we weren’t so fascinated by the music of 2006 so we don’t suggest downloading the whole list. Anyway a big shout out to Adam, the zip guy. You can read, but unfortunately can’t download the list below, which has a Hungarian side as well.

RIOTTTVISION’s latest installment is entitled Mob Living (episode one), which is a video interview with Leah McSweeney, head of Married to the Mob. The start of the interview is a bit reminiscent of a Cribs episode, only her apartment/office has a lot less bling, but is far more appealing. Leah is defnitely down to earth. She pretty much runs MOB all by herself and manages to stay grounded. I have no idea how she manages everything on her own…the designing, the marketing, shipping, etc… Definitely a good watch. Don’t sleep!

Alex De Large is one of the persistent icons who I can never get bored of. His myth caught the imagination of the Danish J.P. Meulendijks, who designed what you see in front of you. It is said to be table, but it looks like a giant slanted I-Pod. The only reason for the being of this piece is that it was influenced by Clockwork Orange. I don’t know what I’d do with this if someone gave it to me as a present. I’d probably sell it. It goes for 1249 Euros : )

Kizsó and I are huge Joy Division fans so this crewneck caught my eye when I checked out the new Mishka winter collection. Seems like after Nike, some smaller brands are also influenced by Ian Curtis. I don’t know whether it’s good or bad, but I like the crewneck, though unfortunatley it’s knitted. The whole collection is live and available for purchase over at Mishka’s website.
