The folks over at Sneaker Freaker asked nearly 30 people – among them designers, shop owners, writers, etc… – what they thought were the best, most memorable shoes of 2007. Naturally, every designer, shop owner, etc… who had designed his/her own shoe this year, chose that as the best sneaker of the year. I hate when people big up their own shit like it’s the best out there. Selfless promotion… I wish at least one of them would have been humble enough to let their ego take a rest for a moment, but whatever.
