Today, we bring you another pack from the Vans Vault Fall collection. Shaffer’s Crossing was an old trainstop in central Virginia during the glory days of the Norfolk & Western Railroad. This package features premium wool fabrics mixed with high quality full grain oiled leather or Scotchgard treated pig suede. The footwear has been reinforced in high wear areas and features a supportive, molded footbed. There are a total of six styles, which will release in September.

Following Nike, Kanye West designed a sneaker Louis Vuitton as well. The large padding on the heel was inspired by the over sized collars seen in the sci-fi film, Dune. The sneaker comes in four colourways and is set to release in June.

Part of Vans’ Spring collection are these new Chukkas. The upper features a combination of leather and suede. They just released in two colourways at Essense.

We’ve just updated our Extra section with an interview with Mr. Kim. You all know him as the founder of Evil Monito, and the man behind Mr. Kim Says. But he also has a hand in many things you might not be familiar with. He’s always busy, gets little sleep, enjoys a glass of whiskey, and always has something interesting to say.

Many tend to sleep on the Skylow, which has been taking the back seat to it’s high-topped brother, but it might start getting some much deserved love very soon. Supra have taken the vulcanized sole from the Skytop, and added it to the Skylow, and named it the Skylow 1.5. It’s shipping now to retailers so look out for it in the coming weeks.

Back in December, we reported on the Undefeated x Converse ‘Poorman’s Weapon’. We stated it would be out in January, and now we have an official release date. They drop this Saturday at all Undefeated locations, and they will be available on Monday through their online shop.

For the Fall season, Vans Vault will be releasing some brand new models. Among them the boat shoe-inspired Chukka Del Barco LX, the slim profiled Needle LX, and a new version of the venerable Sk8-Hi, the Sk8-Hi Standard Issue LX.

Looks like The Who aren’t the only ones getting their very own Chuck Taylors. Converse also pay homage to two other classic rock bands, AC/DC and Metallica using a combination of Lows and Highs. While most are made using a canvas upper, one high is made from leather.
