The people at Invisible DJ and LnA have used their Music Tee to coincide with Mos Def’s new album, The Ecstatic, which released last Tuesday, and features beats by some of the biggest names in the industry including Madlib, Oh No and Dilla (RIP). This is the first time an artist has chosen to make his album available in Music Tee format. In essence, the front of the tee features the album cover, and the back has the tracklist. The hang tag, however, has an individual code that the buyer can use to download the full album.

Regan Farquhar , aka Busdriver ruins a wonderful little birthday party playing a 6 foot all robot toy rapping to Mozart (piano sonata n.11. in a major, rondo alla turca). I’ll admit this isn’t the best Busdriver track I’ve heard off the new album (entitled Jhelli Beam), but the video is entertaining and has some laughs. It was directed by Hiro Murai.

Today, we bring you the Summer collection from Flying Coffin. The Seattle-based label continues to design distiinctive, original, stand out pieces. There aren’t many brands that give us a tough time picking a favourite, but FC is definitely one of them. The new collection releases through their website next Monday. mash rating: 8/10

Apart from the Air Max 1 ‘White/Red/Grey’, Nike has gone and released another classic running shoe for the month of June. This time, it’s the Air Max 180 ‘Ultramarine’, which has just arrived at select retailers as a quickstrike. Premier just got their shipment yesterday. mash rating: 9/10
