Unbelievable… Metal and drum and bass have long been dead, the neon-lame-electro wave is coming to a close, cause it seems that now even (mediocre) pop is dubstep. Shoot me.

Thanks to Osneaker, lately we’ve been seeing several Air Max 90s using exotic, lux materials including snakeskin, crocodile skin, and patent leather. This latest pair uses yellow croc, and is limited to only one pair. It’s a size 9 and you can get it at Osneaker for $400. mash rating: 5/10

Once again, Alife Rivington Club team up with Nike to put out a sneaker. They worked on the Dunk Hi model, and used Schoeller materials, which are far more durable and resistant, and also repel water, oil, and dirt. They even incorporated the use of fishing line into the upper heel. The shoes are set to release next month at Nike Sportswear accounts. mash rating: 6/10

Part of Jeff Soto’s Inland Empire exhibit, which took place arlier this Spring was the Nature’s Wrath painting. It is now available as a print, limited to only 50. It measure 14×14″ and is available for 150 from Potato Stamp.

REBEL8 offer a look at one of their upcoming New Eras. It features the same waterproof, oiled cotton that Barbour use to make their jackets. It comes in two colourways – green and dark grey – both having a tartan lining, and will be available later this Summer, exclusively through their online shop. mash rating: 8/10

New Balance have come out with a new pack of sneakers consisting of the 1400 in three, basic colourways. Each feature a suede upper, and have just arrived at Japanese retailer, Ripe. mash rating: 7/10

Banksy’s work – which once was referred to as vandalism, but is now revered – has become the target of another type of vandal (a disgruntled ex-employee, perhaps?). On Monday night, someone defaced one of Banksy’s more famous Bristol street pieces – depicting a naked man hanging from a window – by shooting it with a paintgun. Before fans of the artist could recover from the shock, another piece was bombarded with paint-filled balloons the following night. Work has already begun on the restoration of the pieces. Could we be seeing more of Banksy’s art vandalized? Stay tuned.

Here we have a new Nike Dunk Hi Supreme designed by Eddie Cruz of Undefeated and DJ Clark Kent. The sneakers were inspired by the LA Dodgers uniform, and are part of the ‘West’ pack. Nike will be asking other people in the industry throughout the States to design shoes, which means there will be a North, South, and East pack as well. These are scheduled to release in December. mash rating: 4/10
