With the release of Eric Koston’s first Dunk Hi Premium fast approaching, we finally get a look at the sneaker, which sports a suede and leather upper in a yellow/gold colourway with red accents referencing Koston’s Thai heritage. Brooklyn Projects are preparing for a special event when the sneakers drop in the first week of May (perhaps an in-store appearance by Koston?). mash rating: 7/10

The second of three London Police prints from “The London Police Ride Again” exhibit is about to be released. Sippin’ Maker’s Mark at the Crest of Devou Park is an edition of 11, measures 23.5″ x 23.5″ and will be made available Thursday at 1pm EST through The BLDG for $255.

Yo! Raps has learned that after a long battle with cancer, Guru passed away yesterday. The news has also been confirmed by legendary producer, and half of Gang Starr, DJ Premier via his twitter. R.I.P.
