Freshjive 2010 Fall

Freshjive have just unveiled their collection for the Fall. Since Spring, founder Rick Klotz opted to remove any sort of branding from his collections and replace it with a black box. Although some could argue that placing a black box surrounded by a white frame on visible areas of a particular garment (ie. left chest, left hip) would count for just as much branding as using a regular logo that spells out Freshjive, we’ll leave it up to you to make up your own opinion on Klotz’s ‘revolutionary’ move.
For the Fall, Freshjive continues to offer a modern, and more mature overall look for those who are looking for more than just graphic t-shirts and baggy jeans. There is a solid range of button downs, denim, cardigans, custom cut t-shirts and scoop necks as well as jackets. Some of the collection has already started hitting retailers. mash rating: 7.5/10

Matt W. Moore ‘Walls Are Dancing’ Video
Over the Summer, Matt W. Moore painted three murals in Marseille, Lyon, and Paris as part of the Walls Are Dancing project. We initially reported that once all murals would be completed, a visual/audio time-lapse music video would be put together showing us how the project went down. Directors Le Groupuscule captured the evolution of each mural, gathering over 700,000 pictures, that were edited as a stop-motion animation to an unreleased track by Monsieur Monsieur: “Walls Are Dancing”, to create this music video.
