It’s been a few years since we heard from Billy Valdes and his brand, Whatevs, but for 2011 the label makes a return with a new collection for Spring/Summer. Consisting of new t-shirts, snapbacks, and a skate deck, the range is set to hit stores in the coming months. mash rating: 7/10
