Snoop Gets a Nate Dogg Tattoo from Mr. Cartoon

Snoop Dogg showed his respect and love for the recently passed Nate Dogg by getting Mr. Cartoon to do some new ink on his left forearm in the likeness of the late singer’s portrait.
