McBess x Vannen ‘Time Machine’ Watch

Matthieu Bessudo aka McBess (you might recall we featured his work last week) teamed up with Vannen to design a new watch for them. The Time Machine is covered with the London-based artist’s distinctive black-and-white illustrations, and is limited to only 150. It comes in a specially designed box and retails for $85 through Vannen’s website.

Nike Air Max 90 ‘Black/White’

It seems almost that not a day goes by that Nike doesn’t release a new pair of Air Max 90s. If you can’t get enough of the classic runner, take a look at this new colourway, which sports a basic black and white colourway featuring some faux croc along the side panel. mash rating: 7/10

The New York Times: Two Riffs on Street Wear Gone Fusion

The New York Times have recently published an article comparing The Hundreds and their shop in SoHo to Mishka and their Williamsburg flagship.
“They’re two solutions to the same problem, the collision of hip-hop fashion, skateboarding gear and work wear that’s generally called street wear. It’s a neat trick of deracination, or post-racination.”

The Most Popular iPhone Apps at SXSW
So what were the most popular iPhone apps used at this year’s SXSW? The folks at Opinionaided sent a team to Austin to find out. Here are the results. First place was split by Instagram and Foodspotting. There were also quite a few I hadn’t even heard of…

Buff Monster ‘10 Years’ Print

As we’ve previously mentioned, this year marks the 10th anniversaryof the Buff Monster character. To celebrate, Buff Monster will be releasing a commemorative print tomorrow on his site. No details have yet to be released regarding size, or how limited it will be. Stay tuned.

Erica Simone ‘Nue York’

Photographer, Erica Simone has an exhibit coming up at The Dash Gallery in New York. Entitled Nue York: Self-Portraits of a Bare Urban Citizen, the exhibit features photographs of the artist doing everyday, regular stuff such as shopping, buying lunch, getting a hair cut, taking a jog, etc… The only slight difference is that she does all these things completely nude (well she does wear the occasional sneaker). The show runs from April 14th to 28th.
