Kinect Graffitiâ„¢

Jean-Christophe Naour, a french Interaction Designer is the brain behind Kinect Graffitiâ„¢, a digital graffiti tool using Microsoft’s Kinect camera. The idea behind the project is to use Kinect to track the motion behind graffiti, to visualize the body and its movement through different angles in real time, along with the surrounding space.
Would be pretty cool to capture someone doing an actual tag or bomb using this technique.

Mishka for HBO’s How to Make It in America
For the new season of HBO’s How to Make It in America, the Mishka crew was filmed for a promo video, and asked to design a special graphic for the show.
Mishka co-founder, Mikhail Bortnik states: “Besides getting our name and mugs on TV this is all pretty friggin’ cool considering the show’s plot line basically runs in sync to Greg’s and my own frustration, struggles and adventures in getting Mishka off the ground. For the bumper, the show came to our headquarters and did a short interview segment with Greg, our art director Mike Jones and Myself about the early days of the brand and our inspiration to get it started.”
The graphic they created was turned into a t-shirt, raglan and pullover hoodie that will only be available via JackThreads for just under three days.
