Growing up in an era of analog cameras, there was always something fascinating to me about film negatives. Everything was flipped. Black was white, white was black. It was a totally different dimension, a strange landscape, a new universe in a unique space in time. It seems that Florida-based photographer, Shannon Cahill also shares this same interest in flipped images. Check out some negatives of the Big Apple from her series of photos titled Negative New York City.

More after the jump.
