Human Feelings as Drugs

Modern medicine can do wonders. It can cure a headache, it can give you a jolt of energy or it can help you snooze off. If you’re feeling down it can pick you up and if you’re a little too up, it can even bring you down. But what if there was a medicine that could bottle real human emotions? Feeling of peace, joy, empathy, hope, and even love? The world would no doubt be a much better place if only one could actually be reproduced. London-based photographer, Valerio Loi also sees the need for such medicines, and displays it in a set of new images titled Human Feelings as Drugs, depicting colourful vials with descriptive labels of each emotion.

More after the jump.
