Luigi Benedicenti is an Italian artist who creates hyperrealistic paintings of delicious pastries, classy drinks, fruits and other delectable desserts. His attention to detail is remarkable, capturing everything with extreme realism from the glossy glaze blanketing a fruit cup to a large glass overflowing with ice cream. It’s hard to believe some of his works aren’t photographs even after looking at them with a speculative eye for minutes on end.
