Invader Hits Miami

August 21st, 2012  •   Posted by: mark  •   Posted in: art  •   Comment

After invading Belgium back in March, Invader hit Miami earlier this month. Throughout the past two weeks he put up over 25 pieces around the city, the biggest one measuring 8 x 9 feet. The French street artist is working on a new plan to launch a helium balloon carrying a mosaic and a tiny video camera to capture it 90 miles above the city. The first attempt, however, failed but they’ll give it another go this week.

More after the jump.
