Digital Daily: Eye of the Tiger Played on iPads
For some reason I have a feeling we will see more of these; here we get the classic “Eye of the Tiger” played entirely on instruments via the iPad (if only it didn’t sound like shit). Just please, iPad, please don’t mess with Boogie Down Production’s “My Philosophy”.

Digital Daily: Facebook “Meh” Button

Ken Murphy of Blinky Bugs proposes a ‘meh’ button. How useful this would be for all of the lonely, annoying 20-something year old women that just don’t get it that no one cares about your dog, job, or what you did last weekend. I can see Larry David just having a field day with this one.

Dr. Martens makes a USB Drive out one of their classic shoes, now nerdy girls can fit in a little better with the hot chicks that watch Sex & The City.

Digital Daily: Apple Plans to Introduce Smart Bike

Apple continues to take over everything and apply their Nike+ technology to bicycles. I can already see the Livestrong x Apple commercials.
Apple’s patent is about using a new iPod or iPhone system primarily on a bike so that they could share information with other cyclists riding in a group. It could also provide feedback to cyclists regarding their performance or the performance of other cyclists with whom they are riding.
In some embodiments, this could be applied to users of other types of vehicles (e.g., motorcycles, automobiles, or trucks) or other modes of transportation (e.g., walking, running, horseback riding, or transportation using any other animal). Although many features described in the patent could be in the context with a bicycle or cycling embodiment, it will be understood that the features or descriptions can be applied to any suitable vehicle or mode of transportation.
Digital Daily: 200,000 Android Phones Sold Daily

A report from Wired says approximately 200,000 Google Android Phones are sold every day. For the first time, the Android has out sold the iPhone, and has Google feeling like Kanye West, “Android is not just phenomenal but incredibly phenomenal in its growth rate.” Now, where is Microsoft?
Digital Daily: Tron x Daft Punk x Tron Legacy
The fact remains, the people that can actually dance well to Daft Punk’s music don’t fully appreciate it, but the people who do can’t dance for shit. This, however, seems to fit right: Daft’s stadium rocking anthems set to Tron Legacy and the original Tron’s movie clips. Nerdgasm thanks to Eclectic Method.
Digital Daily: Robots to Take Over the World, Really
We’ve warned you about Robots before, but those are over. To put it simply, I have a pair of soiled OriginalFake jeans now.
If this isn’t Robogeddon I don’t know what is.
Digital Daily: IncUPtion
Inception is running the box-office after it landed a number 1 spot on its debut. The internet is also fascinated with the mind blowing film, and mock-trailers have popped up frequently on blogs and message boards. The best one yet blends Pixar’s Up with the Christopher Nolan film. To be honest this one might be better than the movie for the simple fact that it doesn’t have that weird guy from (500) Days of Summer.
