One of the reasons for Johnny Cupcakes’ success is that creating a personal relationship with their customers has always been at the forefront of what they do. Whether it be holding special events at the stores, and Johnny personally helping out and meeting the customers, or having the monthly movie nights, the lectures, the Facebook, Twitter pages, etc… all of it is in place to facilitate a personal connection with the brand. The latest addition is the new Cupcake Chronicles, which is a monthly mini-publication. It will feature updates, games, puzzles, recipes, trivia, product news, contests, event listings, and more. It’se free so long as you hit up a JC store. For all you online customers, each order will come with a complimentary issue.
