We’ve been fans of Danny MacAskill for a while now. 2010’s Way Back Home, 2011’s Industrial Revolutions, and last year’s Danny MacAskill vs. San Francisco were all killer videos but this year the Scottish street trials rider has outdone himself once again. His brand new film, Imaginate, takes a new turn. Whilst previous projects have focused on locations and journeys, this new film sees Danny take a completely different approach to riding. Enter Danny’s mind and enjoy.

Spanning an entire block and occupied by several artist groups, the 5Pointz warehouse complex situated in Queens and made famous for its 350 spray-painted mural that have covered it since 1993 has its days numbered. A tourist destination for art and music fans over the years, 5Pointz will be demolished in the near future. Above, check out a video paying tribute to the sacred graffiti grounds as shot from a hexacopter drone by production company, Aerial VP. The editing is crap and so is the music, but the visuals alone make it a worthwhile watch.

Twitter recently created a visualization of all of the geo-tagged Tweets since 2009. The resulting satellite images of major cities depicted through billions of dots (each dot being a tweet, with the colour symbolizing the amount of tweets) is stunning to say the least. Cities in the Visualizations series include Tokyo, Moscow, Istanbul, Boston, and as seen above, New York. They also have maps of both North America and Europe.
