Here we have the latest 8″ Dunny designed by Buff Monster for Kidrobot. It features the artist’s trademark heavy metal-inspired, ice cream art and is limited to 1000 pieces worldwide, and is scheduled to release October 8th. mash rating: 8/10

Buff Monster’s latest exhibit, Heavy Metal Ice Cream Smile opened last Saturday at Corey Helford Gallery. Thanks to Daily du Jour, we bring you some photos from opening night.

Buff Monster makes his return to Corey Helford this Saturday with a new exhibit entitled ‘Heavy Metal Ice Cream Smile’. For the show, bright geometric and camouflage patterns are juxtaposed against dark monochromatic themes, and new fluorescent orange and yellow hues sprinkle his acrylic-on-birch squirting landscapes. Buff Monster continues to develop his trademark pink palette, titillating kanji translations and Superflat technique while experimenting with stipling and repetition to create illusion and depth. The exhibition will feature his highly-anticipated new book Life Is Sweet: The Art of Buff Monster, limited-edition signed and numbered serigraphs and a giant custom balloon installation. The show runs until September 26th.

Buff Monster has just released a new ‘Skull’ print. It measures 18×24″ and each is individually numbered, and signed by the Buff Monster himself. You can get it here for $75.

Here we have the latest vinyl toy from Buff Monster. It was designed by Flying Fortress and manufactured by Adfunture. They will be out soon.

To celebrate Halloween, Buff Monster will be releasing a new ‘Dia De Los Muertos’ toy. It’s limited to only 200, and will be available for $30 this Saturday exclusively through Buff Monster’s online shop.

Today, Fully Visual will be releasing some new metal Buff Monster figures. A total of 100 were made, 99 silver, one golden chase.

Buff Monster’s newest exhibit opens August 23rd at the Corey Helford gallery in Culver City. Entitled The Sweetest Thing, the new exhibit once again shows Buff Monster’s love for pink and cute characters; however, Kaiju has been incorporated into the new pieces.
