Carhartt is known not only for their clothing and accessories, but have also been putting a lot of effort into designing creative sports goods whether it be a BMX bike or skate decks. Today however, we get a look at the latest item, which is a complete skateboard using a Carhartt branded deck and wheels. The 8-inch, red-dipped deck is made from Canadian maple, and the 54mm wheels have been printed on either side. These have already released so look for them at Carhartt stores, and retailers.

For their Spring/Summer collection, Carhartt has once again put together a wide selection of t-shirts. Lending a hand with graphics this time around includes such names as playarea, Eric Elms, Benny Gold, KoolFunc’88 and Will Kemp. mash rating: 6/10

Krink has teamed up with Carhartt to design a special collection consisting of markers t-shirts, and a poster. The K-71 marker comes in three classic Carhartt colours, while the t-shirts feature Krink’s graphics, and the work of photographer, Alessandro Zuek Simonetti. There is also a signed silkscreened poster, limited to 250. Look for the collection at Carhartt stores throughout Europe and select retailers.

Carhartt reports on a new project they’ve collaborated on with Andrea Caputo, and his new book, All City Writers. Published by Kitchen93, with 1230 pictures, 620 articles, 410 full-colour pages, and more than 250 writers involved, the book aims at exploring New York’s influence on European graffiti in the ’80s. The book is scheduled to release November 7th at Carhartt locations and select book stores. Early next year they’ll launch a European exhibition series with the participation of “All City Writers” contributors at selected Carhartt stores.

For the second time, Carhartt has teamed up with Montana to put out a new limited edition spray can. This time, the colour is the typical Carhartt orange, and a total of 1000 were made. Look for it at Carhartt stores.
