Irek Kielczyk is a Polish photographer, based in Warsaw who was once assistant to such high profile photographers as Bruce Weber, before becoming one of Poland’s top fashion and portrait photographers. When digital cameras came into the market, his focus shifted to create images that would resemble more a painting than a photograph. He often times uses long exposures, and plays with movement and the subject to create his abstract and highly layered images. Here we get a look at one of his projects, titled Illumination.
