To coincide with his new South West exhibit which opened earlier this month at Half Gallery in New York, Interview Magazine caught up with the artist/skate legend to talk about the new show, his art, inspiration and more.

Part of the adidas Skateboarding Summer collection are these Ciero Mids designed by Mark Gonzales. The shoes are subtle, featuring the artist’s work on the tongue. He also inscribed ‘Gonz Ciero’ along the side panel. The sneakers are now available at your local adidas Skateboarding retailer. mash rating: 4/10

In his ongoing work with adidas Skateboarding, Mark Gonzales has designed another sneaker for the brand with three stripes. This time, it’s the Campus model he worked on. The shoe just released at selected retailers including Colette.
