We’ve previously reported on the Overkill x New Balance 577 ‘Berlin Wall’ Pack, which commemorates the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The pack consists of three colourways of the 577, each which is limited to 577 pairs worldwide. They release this Saturday at Overkill, and retailers such as Undefeated, Colette, Wood Wood, Hanon Shop, Sneakersnstuff, and 24 Kilates. mash rating: 7/10

This year marks the 20th anniversary of New Balance’s M577 model. The sneaker is set to release in two original colourways. Even the materials are the same as the OG versions, which were manufactured in the Flimby factory in the UK.

Spring 2009 will see the arrival of the New Balance 577 Stateside. The classic running shoe was originally created by the UK team in 1988 as a performance running shoe for “heavy”runners. It will finally be available in the States this month for a reasonable price tag of about $65.
