Last Saturday saw the release of the Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Blue Lobster’. The owner of Concepts was spotted outside rocking a pair of yellow Lobsters. These are supposedly limited to 36 pairs and given out to friends and family. A lucky few waiting in line were also given a pair. mash rating: 4.5/10

Today, we give you a look at some of the sneakers Nike SB will be releasing in the Spring of 2010. The highlights are the P-Rod 2.5s (which seem to be less padded than the P-Rod 2) and Omar Salazar’s signature shoe, which we’ve previously reported on.

Last week we showed you the shoe and the video, and today we get a look at the entire pack (and packaging) of the Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Blue Lobster’. As we mentioned last week, each pair will come with an official Nike SB tee, hang tag and lace lock. The first 200 pairs will come with 1 of 2 Concepts x Alien Workshop skate decks. Sub Pop’s pivotal role in making Grunge music a worldwide phenomenon is undisputed. We have the utmost respect for them and the acts they helped usher into the mainstream (Nirvana, Dinosaur Jr., Mudhoney, Sonic Youth, Soundgarden, etc…) but this SB Blazer they designed based on the first 7″ from their Sub Pop Singles Club from last year leaves much to be desired. The sneaker releases in July as a quickstrike at a select few accounts. mash rating: 5/10

Following up on the success of the SB Dunk Low ‘Lobster’ from last year, Nike has created the ‘Blue Lobster’. They will release on June 20th at Concepts in Boston. They will retail for $250, and will be bagged, tagged and sealed in a HAZMAT foam container. Each pair will be joined by an official Nike SB tee shirt, hang tag and lace lock. The first 200 pairs will come with 1 of 2 Concepts x Alien Workshop skate decks.

Earlier today, Nike SB revealed some of the sneakers they will be releasing for the month of June. Drops include a red nubuck Blazer Hi, a Dunk Mid and Low, a Zoom Tre A.D., a Zoom Classic , and - since Paul Rodriguez’s new signature shoe arrives in August - the very last P-Rod II.

Arguably one of the rarest, and most sought after Nike SB pack is the City Series Dunks, which consists of the London, Tokyo, Paris, and riot-inducing Pigeon Dunk. All four have just gone up on Mentalkicks, where they are selling together for $10,000.

Last month, we reported on the Nike SB Dunk Low Premium ‘Sky/Pink’. At the time, we had no information other than it was released in South Korea. It turns out it was planned to officially release as a May quickstrike. They’ve already arrived Stateside, so hit up your local Tier 0 account cause these will go fast. Following Paul Rodriguez and Stefan Janowski, the third in line to get their own signature sneaker from Nike SB is Omar Salazar. The shoe has a simple silhouette combined with what appears to be Flywire technology around the heel. Not much is not at this time, but stay tuned.
