To celebrate their fifteenth anniversary, Chocolate teamed up with Italian sunglass brand, SUPER. They worked on SUPER’s first model, the Classic, which have been individually numbered limited to 333, and feature Chocolate’s logo on the inside of the arms. They begin releasing through SUPER’s website February 20th. mash rating: 7.5/10

SUPER’s most popular style, the Flat Top has just got even more exciting. The Italian brand was able to wrap the sunglasses by hand in fine black leather. It will go on sale for only a week starting this Thursday, December 3rd until the 10th. mash rating: 8/10

For the Fall/Winter season, Super continue to expand their line of sunglasses. The Italian brand not only offers a wide variety of new colours and lenses, but also introduce three new models, the Sideviews, the Luciano 3 Occhi and the Topski. mash rating: 7.5/10

Here are some images from SUPER’s 2010 Spring collection. The Italian brand creates handmade sunglasses using Carl Zeiss lenses, and once again, they do not disappoint. They have a wide selection of frames in so many colours and styles, you’d be hard-pressed to not find one that doesn’t fit your taste. Finding them in stores, however, might prove to be a more difficult task as they get snatched up faster than you can say RETROSUPERFUTURE. mash rating: 7/10

Super have teamed up with Liberty to design three new sunglasses featuring Liberty’s famous floral prints. The three styles are limited to 50 each and can be purchased directly through Liberty’s website. mash rating: 6/10

One of Super’s most popular sunglasses is the Flat Top model in black. It’s rarely ever in stock and sells out in minutes when it does become availalble. Tomorrow at 3:30pm (CET), Super will be adding a couple to their online shop. mash rating: 8/10

The super-limited sunglasses Super made in collaboration with PAM have gone missing. They were only intended to be a release of 100 of each colour, but Super have just informed us that the DHL shipment of all 200 pairs have been stolen. Is this a clever marketing ploy by the folks over at Super? Who knows. This is what they have to say:

“They were supposed to be in release today but last week unknown people broke into the DHL van while they where in delivery and stole all of the shades. The above picture is the only one available of unfinished samples.”
